TrolleyShield offers tiered plans for different business sizes.

Free Trial

All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial that includes full access to all features. The trial ends when any of these conditions are met:

  • 14 days have passed
  • 10 call analyses have been used
  • 50 form analyses have been used

After the trial, your account is downgraded to the Free tier.

Forms Tier

The Forms tier ($29/mo) is designed for businesses that only need form spam protection — no call tracking features. It includes 500 AI-powered form analyses per month.

Starter Tier

The Starter tier ($49/mo) adds Call Shield with 5 tracking numbers, 100 call analyses, and 250 included minutes per month.

Growth Tier

The Growth tier ($99/mo) adds Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI), IP Intelligence, and higher limits.

Agency Tier

The Agency tier ($199/mo) is for agencies managing multiple clients, with the highest limits and full API access for custom integrations.

Overage Billing

Paid tiers (Forms, Starter, Growth, Agency) allow usage beyond included limits. Overages are billed at the end of each billing period:

Free and trial accounts are hard-blocked at their limits — no overages allowed.

Upgrading

  1. Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard
  2. Select a new plan
  3. Enter your payment details (Stripe)
  4. Your account is upgraded immediately

When upgrading mid-cycle, you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period.

Downgrading

When you downgrade to a lower tier:

  • Tracking numbers exceeding the new tier's limit are automatically released
  • Feature access is adjusted immediately
  • You retain access to historical data (calls, analyses, conversions)

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period
  4. After that, your account is downgraded to the Free tier
  5. You can resume your subscription before the period ends to prevent downgrade
