TrolleyShield offers two product lines — Form Shield (form spam protection) and Call Shield (call tracking + forms) — each with tiered plans for different business sizes.
Free Trial
All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial that includes full access to all features. The trial ends when any of these conditions are met:
- 14 days have passed
- 10 call analyses have been used
- 50 form analyses have been used
After the trial, your account is downgraded to the Free tier.
Form Shield Plans
For businesses that need AI-powered form spam protection — no call tracking.

Form Starter ($29/mo)
The entry-level Form Shield plan with 500 AI-powered form analyses per month. Includes behavioral scoring, AI spam classification, the WordPress plugin, and Custom Forms.
Form Pro ($79/mo)
2,000 form analyses per month with Google Ads offline conversions and API access for custom integrations.
Form Business ($149/mo)
5,000 form analyses per month with IP Intelligence (VPN, proxy, Tor detection) and a lower overage rate ($0.02/analysis vs. $0.03).
During the Form Shield beta, all Form Shield plans are available at 50% off for life. Beta pricing locks in permanently when you subscribe.
Call Shield Plans
For businesses that need call tracking, DNI, and AI call analysis. All Call Shield plans include full Form Shield features.

Call Starter ($99/mo)
5 tracking numbers, 500 included minutes, 100 call analyses, and 2,000 form analyses per month. Includes DNI, call recording, transcription, and full Form Shield features.
Call Pro ($179/mo)
1,000 included minutes, 250 call analyses, and 5,000 form analyses per month. Adds Google Ads offline conversions, GA4 integration, and IP Intelligence.
Call Agency ($349/mo)
Built for agencies managing multiple clients. 10 tracking numbers, 1,500 included minutes, 500 call analyses, and 10,000 form analyses. Includes client sub-accounts at $25/month each.
Annual Billing
All paid plans offer annual billing with ~20% savings. Annual pricing is shown in the plan tables above. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from Settings → Billing.
Overage Billing
Paid tiers allow usage beyond included limits. Overages are billed at the end of each billing period:

Free and trial accounts are hard-blocked at their limits — no overages allowed.
Upgrading
- Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard
- Select a product (Form Shield or Call Shield) and plan
- Enter your payment details (Stripe)
- Your account is upgraded immediately
When upgrading mid-cycle, you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period.
Downgrading
When you downgrade to a lower tier:
- Tracking numbers exceeding the new tier's limit are automatically released
- Feature access is adjusted immediately
- You retain access to historical data (calls, analyses, conversions)
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period
- After that, your account is downgraded to the Free tier
- You can resume your subscription before the period ends to prevent downgrade
