Call Shield Overview

Call Shield is TrolleyShield's call tracking and AI-powered lead scoring product. It records inbound phone calls, transcribes them, classifies caller intent with AI, and optionally fires Google Ads offline conversions.

How It Works​

Incoming Call → Twilio → Record & Forward → Transcribe → AI Analysis → Conversion (if qualified)
  1. Caller dials your tracking number — a Twilio phone number provisioned in TrolleyShield
  2. Call is forwarded to your real business phone number while being recorded
  3. Recording is transcribed using speech-to-text (Deepgram or Twilio STT)
  4. AI analyzes the transcript — Gemini classifies intent, confidence score, and recommended action
  5. Conversion fires — if high/medium intent and gclid attribution exists, sends offline conversion to Google Ads
