Quickstart

Get up and running with TrolleyShield in minutes.

1. Create Your Account​

Sign up at app.trolleyshield.com. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial that includes full access to all features.

2. Choose Your Product​

Call Shield​

  1. Navigate to Numbers in the dashboard
  2. Click Buy Number to provision a tracking number
  3. Enter the forward-to number (the real business line)
  4. Calls to the tracking number are now recorded, transcribed, and analyzed by AI

Form Shield​

Option A: Custom Forms (no WordPress needed)

  1. Navigate to Forms in the dashboard sidebar
  2. Click New Form and build your form with the drag-and-drop builder
  3. Save and publish — you'll get a hosted page URL and an embed snippet
  4. Paste the embed snippet on your website, or share the hosted page link directly

Option B: WordPress Plugin (Gravity Forms)

  1. Navigate to Settings → Form Shield in the dashboard
  2. Click Enable Form Shield to generate your license key
  3. Install the WordPress plugin on your site
  4. Enter the license key in the plugin settings
  5. Form submissions are now analyzed by AI before acceptance

3. Connect Google Ads (Optional)​

To fire offline conversions for high-intent leads:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Enter your Google Ads Customer ID and Conversion Action ID
  3. TrolleyShield will automatically send conversions for qualified leads
